Bill Coyle Named to Carnival’s Travel Partner Advisory Committee

Connecting our travel agents and supplier partners is one of the main ways that KHM Travel Group supports our independent agents.
Through our relationships with travel suppliers, we act as a voice for our agents to convey the unique needs and situations they face.
Our latest involvement in the industry comes with one of our top suppliers – Carnival Cruise Line. Director of Industry Affairs Bill Coyle has been selected to serve on Carnival Cruise Line’s 2018 Travel Partner Advisory Committee (TPAC).
Each year, Carnival’s Leadership Team and Business Development Managers nominate a small group of travel professionals to be invited to join the committee. The goal is to gain insights, ideas, and feedback on Carnival’s programs, tools, and initiatives.
“Travel professionals are a critical component of the Carnival business and we value the feedback provided by agencies such as KHM Travel Group who are truly experts in their field and exhibit the highest levels of professionalism,” said Carnival’s Vice President of North American Field Sales Mike Julius. “We look forward to working with Bill Coyle in the year ahead on many important trade initiatives.”
Bill brings twenty-four years of travel agent experience and a wealth of knowledge to the committee. Although the committee has only had their first call so far, he already feels enlightened by the information shared by the committee and members of the Carnival team.
“I am excited to serve on this committee and look forward to learning, as well as providing as much input as I can. Carnival is listening to travel agents nationwide and as a veteran agent, I appreciate them,” said Bill.
Bill’s involvement in the travel industry doesn’t end at being a member of Carnival’s TPAC. He is Ohio’s ASTA Chapter President and a past member of Advisory Boards for AMResorts and Delta Vacations.
In his role at KHM Travel Group, Bill is a member of the Agent Development team, leads the Pinnacle Elite Agent Program, and oversees KHM Travel Group’s Advisory Board.
KHM Travel Group President Rick Zimmerman is another valuable asset to Carnival as a member of Carnival’s Executive Partner Advisory Board.
