Core Values: Professionalism

At KHM Travel Group, our Core Values are the key to how we do business. They guide us through the choices we make and help us to always keep our team, our agents, and our community in mind. Over the last year, we’ve had to make important decisions. And we have had to adjust to the changes in our industry and in our individual lives.
As we move forward into 2021 and the rebuilding of the travel industry, we are reminded that change can be an exciting part of working in travel. From new resorts and cruise ships welcoming guests to eliminating change fees, there is always something new going on.
To help us navigate these changes, we rely on our Core Values, like Professionalism. Professionalism reminds us to always handle ourselves with integrity and kindness. This is especially true during times of difference of opinions, obstacles, and conflicts.
