Every business wants to be successful, and at KHM Travel Group we know that our success is directly tied to the success of our independent travel agents, team members, industry partners, and our community. That is why we define Prosperity as working hard to achieve success and help others flourish, both economically and personally.
The first step, and perhaps most important, to living out our Core Value of Prosperity is by offering support and guidance to our agents. Our team is dedicated to helping each and every agent find their path to success. And we know that for success looks different to each of our agents.
To accomplish this, we have an entire team of people. This includes those from our Agent Support and Group teams, who answer questions via phone, email, and live chat. We also have our Commission team that makes sure our agents get paid on a weekly basis.
Each member of KHM Travel Group works toward these goals, not matter what their role is. We asked them to share how they are helping our agents and industry partners find Prosperity in our latest Core Value video.
