Empowering Agents at Boot Camp 2.0

We couldn’t think of a better way to spend Global Travel Advisor Day than learning and having fun with our agents! Our May Boot Camp 2.0 event was held on May 2-5 in Cleveland, Ohio. For this year’s event we wanted to bring back what our attendees loved in 2022 with added hands-on interaction.

Boot Camp 2.0 – May 2023
Our goal for this Boot Camp 2.0 was to increase agent engagement with the information shared. Whether sitting on a panel, trying out techniques on their laptops, or listening and asking questions–agents enjoyed a variety of ways to get involved with the topics.
Part of what makes every event so special are the team members who share their expertise. Along with our supplier presenters, several team members joined the action this time. Education, Compliance, Accounting, and Marketing all shared their tips and strategies with attendees. And of course, no KHM Travel Group event would be possible without the hard work of our Events and Operations Teams!
KHM Travel Group Agents have access to unlimited support. They can call, email, or chat us any time they have questions. The great part about events is agents can receive that same level of support in person! We love chatting in between sessions, over meals, or as we’re learning.
One popular phrase we’ve heard after events is that attendees arrive as strangers and leave as friends. After spending four days together, it’s easy to form bonds with fellow agents. Our private Facebook Group allows attendees to stay connected after they return home.
As our hashtag says, #KHMAgentsRock! We can’t thank our Spring 2023 Boot Camp 2.0 attendees enough for a wonderful week together. We wish them success as they get back to business and try out all the amazing ideas they learned.
